When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order within 2-3 business days in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. For other Emirates, delivery may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email and SMS notification once your order has been shipped and is on its way.
Can I return items to the store?
We apologize if your purchase proves to be faulty. For a full refund or replacement (including postage and packaging if applicable), please contact us for instructions on how to return your items. Toys can be returned to our warehouse if they remain unopened and in a re-sellable condition within 10 days of purchase. Our policy does not apply to damages caused by accident, neglect, or misuse.
What should I do if my product breaks down during the guarantee period?

Can I change my order or delivery address?
You can change your order or delivery address only if your order has not been processed yet. If your order has already been dispatched and you have provided a valid mobile number, you will receive a FREE SMS notification. You can then choose to have the order delivered to a neighbor, a local post office, or change the delivery date. These options are available for all deliveries within the UAE.

Do I get charged for the delivery of each item I order?
No, you will not be charged for the delivery of each item individually. Delivery charges are applied per order. The delivery fee ranges from 10 AED to 50 AED depending on the size, dimensions of the products and the delivery location. You will see the exact delivery cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
How do I inquire about the availability of a toy?
To check the availability of a toy, simply search for it on our website or contact our Customer Service Team with the product name, price (if known), and make. Our team will provide you with up-to-date information on stock availability.
