It was the hottest day of the year in Cuddle Valley, and the Squishmallow friends—Blue
Penguin, Teal Yeti, Valentina the Bunny, and Sophie the Lamb—were melting in the heat!
Valentina, usually the most energetic of the group, tried to hop but immediately flopped onto the soft grass. “It’s too hot to hop!” she groaned.
Sophie fanned herself with a flower. “Even my fluff feels extra fluffy today!”
“We need to cool down,” said Blue Penguin, adjusting his little hat. “Let’s go on a summer adventure to find the coolest spot in Cuddle Valley!”
Teal Yeti, always up for a challenge, stretched and grinned. “A Squishmallow Quest? I’m in!”
The Great Summer Quest Begins!
The four friends set off, waddling and hopping slowly under the blazing sun. Their first stop was The Fruity Oasis, where trees were heavy with juicy mangoes, watermelons, and coconuts.
“Maybe we can cool off with some fruit!” Sophie suggested, reaching for a ripe watermelon.
They all took big, juicy bites. Drip! Drop! SPLAT! Watermelon juice dripped down their squishy faces.
“Refreshing,” said Valentina, licking her paw. “But it’s still too hot to hop.”
“We need something cooler!” declared Teal Yeti.
A Bubbly Mishap
As they wandered, they heard a hissing, bubbling sound. Curious, they followed it and found a tiny geyser shooting cool water into the air!
“Let’s stand under it!” Blue Penguin cheered.
They all rushed forward… just as the geyser let out a GIANT WHOOSH!

The Squishmallows tumbled backward, now completely soaked. Valentina’s ears drooped, Sophie giggled, and Teal Yeti shook off the water like a fluffy dog.
“Well, that was unexpected,” Teal Yeti laughed.
“It helped a little,” Valentina admitted. “But it’s still too hot to hop!”
The Hidden Lagoon
Suddenly, Sophie’s ears perked up. “I hear something! It sounds like… waves?”
The friends followed the sound through the trees and discovered a hidden blue lagoon! Cool water sparkled under the shade of big, leafy palm trees.
“We found it!” cheered Blue Penguin. “The coolest place in Cuddle Valley!”
Without a second thought, they all jumped in—SPLASH!
The water was perfect. Teal Yeti floated like a fluffy cloud, Valentina kicked her tiny paws, Sophie paddled gently, and Blue Penguin dove like a pro.
“This is amazing!” Sophie sighed happily.
